2-way communication is sent to complete the enrollment and confirms window for sending content.

Segmented Trigger Content:

Personalized Support addressing key barriers related to ADHD treatment management.

Questions are 2-way communications that include trigger responses and follow up content. Weighting adjusts over time based on responses.

Medication and Refill Reminders:

Messages to renew prescriptions are sent out at a predetermined time based on where the user is in their medication cycle.

A series of responsive communications identify if and when the prescription has been filled and adjust refill date if needed based on remaining meds.
